1. How can I register in Esdemarca?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right of the web and access the section "Join us"

We just need you to tell us what your name and last name is and that you include an email and a password. Accept the terms of use and you are already registered!

If you prefer, you can register by logging in with your Facebook or Google account.

Remember, registration in Esdemarca is free, in case you want to cancel your account you can do so at any time from the following link:



2.How to place an order?

The purchase process

Our purchase system consists of simple steps to help you place your order easily and conveniently, even if you are not used to buying online.

1.Enter the product sheet and select the quantity and size you want.
2. Add the product to your basket.
3. Enter your basket.
4. Choose the shipping option that suits yo and include your adress.
5. Check the summary of your order where we indicate the estimated delivery date.
6. Choose your payment method. Remember that you can save your card for future purchases.
7. Once you accept the payment, you will receive an email confirming your order and the instructions to be able to track it.

It's that simple! You can always check the status of your order in the "Orders" section of your account.

3.What are the delivery terms?

The brands in Esdemarca have different delivery times. Some brands have the otion to be shipped in 24 hours (see conditions) in others the delivery time is established in a period of approximately 1 week.

You can check the delivery time of the product you ant by accessing it's product file, or you can do it directly in your basket once you have added the products you want to buy.

4.What are the shipping costs?

*Important! All prices apply to the base amount of the shipping costs.

Express Delivery: Orders shipped to Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal.
24h delivery cost: 4.95

Spain shipments: 24 hour delivery (work days) for orders placed before 6:00 p.m.* - Only Home deliveries - 

Balearic islands and Portugal shipments: 48 hour delivery (work days) for orders placed before 6:00 p.m. *- Only Home deliveries - 

Standard Delivery:
72h delivery cost: 3.95

Spain shipments: 72 hour delivery (work days) fpr orders placed before 6:00 p.m.*

Balearic islands and Portugal shipments: Not available for these areas.

Delivery at a Pick up point : 3.95

Orders delivered through Correos: 48/72h delivery (work days).

Always check the final price in your basket. Extra costs may be applied by weight, quantity or volume.

Please, consider the delivery date in your basket before making your payment.

5.How can I make a return?

After receiving your order, you have 90 days to return it if you are not satisfied.

You just have to follow these instructions:

1. Click on "My Account" in the menu at the top of the web,
2. Enter the "Returns" section.
3. Choose the order you want to return and click on "Enter"
4. Select the products and quantity you want to return.
5. Select the shipping method you prefer: pick - up at home or delivery at a post office.
6. Click on "Calculate total order refund" to see the amount of the refund.

7. End the return process by clicking on "Accept return" You will receive an email with confirmation and the steps to track the order.

Remember, you must include all the items we send you: 
- Products you want to return.
- Bags, boxes, covers, protections, etc.
- The delivery note.
- Return code (only Post Office returns)

IMPORTANT: The order must be properly packed. Put the product to be returned in the packag you received the order or use a bag / box that can cover the product and its own packaging.

6. What is the cost of the return?

The established cost of the return is €3.95 for Spain, Balearic islands and Portugal.

7.How can I make a return from anoher country?

If you visit us from another country and you want to make a return, please contact our Customer Service team to manage it, you can do it through the "Inquiries" section that you will find in "My Account"

In this case the cost of return will be €9.50
